Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase at Ephrazy Graphics. We value your business and strive to meet your expectations with every product you purchase. However, please note that because our products are digital and delivered via internet download, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
1. Conditions for a Refund
1.1 - Incorrect License Purchase
If you purchased the wrong license, you can buy the correct one by visiting the product page. After completing the purchase, please contact us with your order number (found on your purchase receipt) and specify which license you would like refunded.
1.2 - Duplicate License Purchase
If you accidentally bought multiple licenses for the same product.
1.3 - Technical Issues
If there is a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve, we will process a refund.
1.4 - Misrepresentation
Such issues should be reported within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints that are solely based on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:
2.1 - Product No Longer Needed
If you or your client no longer need the product.
2.2 - Change of Mind
If you found another product you prefer or changed your mind about the purchase.
2.3 - Lack of Expertise
If you lack the expertise to use the product effectively.
2.4 - Software Compatibility
Kindly be informed that we do not assume any responsibility, and hence, we do not accommodate any requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges arising from incompatibility issues of our products with third-party software (including online editors, specialized graphics software, equipment, and programs for printing on various surfaces, etc.) unless such compatibility is explicitly specified in the product description available on the sales page of each product. We do not assure full compatibility of our products with any third-party applications and do not offer support for such applications.
2.5 - Accidental Purchase
If you purchased the item by mistake and the system shows it was downloaded.
2.6 - Download Issues
If you experience problems downloading the product due to internet speed, stability, or related issues, please contact us using any method provided in the Support section for assistance.
2.7 - Inadequate Evidence
If you claim a technical issue but cannot provide sufficient evidence.
2.8 - Purchase Date
Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of placing your order. You should accompany your request with detailed and valid reasons why you are applying for a refund.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
To initiate a refund request, you must contact us by email at [email protected]. Your request must contain the following information to be considered:
- Order Number. This is required to identify your purchase.
- A Detailed Reason for the Refund. Clearly explain why you are requesting a refund, referencing one of the valid conditions listed in Section 1 of this policy. Vague reasons such as "it's not what I wanted" will not be accepted.
- Supporting Evidence. For claims of technical issues or misrepresentation, you are required to provide clear evidence. This can include screenshots, screen recordings, or other documentation that demonstrates the issue.
Please note that refund requests that do not contain all of the required information will be considered incomplete and will not be processed until the necessary details are provided.
